They use fresh ingredients delivered directly from all over Japan, ranging from tuna from Yamayuki in Toyosu to fish from Oita Prefecture. Their rice, made with red vinegar, has a simple and easy-to-eat flavor.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.
