Noguchi Tsunagu （のぐち継）

The novel concepts and free-spirited fun here could aptly be referred to as “Noguchi-style kappo (a Japanese traditional multi-course meal).”

The signature dish, served instead of a traditional soup, is a Kyoto-style nikusui (a soup made by simmering beef in dashi broth) with kudzu sauce and a hint of Japanese pepper, originating from Osaka.

After the standard course items, you can add à la carte items of your choice.

Some dishes, like dry-cured duck ham, curry rice, and spring rolls, feature Western or Chinese elements.

This is a restaurant that connects (tsunagu) Kyoto cuisine’s past to its future.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Counter: Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed.

  Private Room: If your party includes children who will not be having a course meal, please reserve a private room. Kindly specify the children's ages and number of guests in the special request section. Additional private room charges may apply.

• Others:

  ・We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  ・A private room is usually available for course reservations of four or more guests. If you wish to use a private room for a course reservation of two or three guests, a private room fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged on the day.
