The owner focuses on the organ meat of chickens, which he learned to treat in his training, and emphasizes "freshness" in the chicken he handles. 

He offers a wide variety of chicken parts, even rare ones, so that customers can taste a variety of chicken parts. 

The menu is mainly courses to choose the number of skewers you like, and you can also order additional.

Please enjoy the "omakase course," which alternately weaves salt and tare (sauce) together to create a variety of flavors.
