The owner spent 15 years refining his craft, including experience at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Drawing on years of technique and cultivated sensibility, he presents carefully prepared Japanese cuisine crafted from thoughtfully selected ingredients.

The seasonal omakase course features dishes that reflect the changing seasons, including appetizers, soups, simmered dishes, and grilled specialties. Guests can enjoy a variety of carefully prepared dishes, from the restaurant’s signature seared conger eel to fresh seafood, meat, and seasonal vegetables, each designed to bring out the finest qualities of the ingredients. A particular point of pride is the rice. Selected according to the season and cooked to order in a clay pot for each party, it allows guests to fully appreciate the aroma, texture, and natural character of freshly prepared rice. Great care is also given to the tableware, with ceramics, porcelain, and glass pieces chosen to complement each dish and create harmony throughout the dining experience.

The restaurant offers both counter seating, where guests can enjoy watching the chef’s precise knife work and conversation, and table seating for a more relaxed experience.
