The first specialized Ginseng Chicken Soup (Samgye-tang) restaurant in Japan, “Samgye-tang Niru,” has transformed the iconic Korean dish, Samgye-tang, into a format which is easily accessible for Japanese people, offered as a Japanese-style set menu meal. You can enjoy it casually, even if you dine alone.

The contents of the set menu meal are all meticulously crafted in-house and follow the tradition of the founder of “Kanmiichi,” Park Sam-soon, who is a pioneer of Korean cuisine in Japan.

“Samgye-tang Niru” is a sister restaurant of "Kanmiichi Pakutei" in Honmachi, Osaka, "Kankokushokudou Iru Goshominami" in Karasuma Oike, Kyoto, and "Kankokushokudou Iru," which has been featured in the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand in Fukushima, Osaka, and Ebisu, Tokyo.
