At lunchtime, we serve our signature unadon (eel over rice), while in the evening the restaurant transforms into an izakaya-style spot with grilled eel skewers, side dishes, and sake—an authentic taste of Japan in a relaxed setting.

Our pride lies in using premium domestically sourced eel, including from Osumi in Kagoshima. Grilled over a blend of three kinds of charcoal, the eel is crisp on the outside and tender, juicy on the inside. To complement it, we serve freshly cooked rice from Saga, prepared in traditional Nambu ironware for a glossy finish and rich aroma. Paired with our house-made secret sauce, the harmony of eel and rice is simply exquisite.
