At ”Yakitori Imai”, we grill Amagi shamo chicken and seasonal vegetables from Shuzenji area in Izu, over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, cherishing the true flavors of the ingredients.
Our aim is to provide an enjoyable dining experience by offering courses featuring free-range local chickens, French ducks and pigeons, and vegetables grown with natural farming methods, allowing our guests to experience the essence of each season and its unique story.
The wines from Yamanashi's wineries and the fresh vegetables play a significant role in defining Yakitori Imai's identity.
Our philosophy is not just to select the finest items but to cherish and savor what lies in front of us - embracing the moment of eating and drinking. While sharing such thoughts with producers in Yamanashi, we face ingredients every day.
From our encounters with producers, we have carefully curated a selection of beer, wine, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages. However, our signature dish remains the classic "Yakitori." We take pride in artfully skewering and grilling each part of the chicken, showcasing its natural essence and delivering irresistible flavors.
