True to this concept, our staff, known as "Meat Masters," expertly grill each slice of meat over a traditional shichirin grill right in front of you. Our specialty is "Mini Hamburger," crafted with custom-made buns and meticulous attention to detail. Other innovative creations include miso-marinated mino (rumen) and kelp-cured Shimacho (large intestine), showcase creativity and expertise, reimagining yakiniku as a culinary art form.
