Sushi crafted with seasonal fish sourced from Yanagibashi Union Market and other carefully selected ingredients, combined with the shari (sushi rice) blended with several types of vinegar, is a masterpiece. The shari, made with Hinohikari rice from Oita Prefecture, features a mild flavor that pairs perfectly with any topping. We also source seasonal fish from Toyosu and Osaka markets, allowing guests to enjoy our meticulously prepared nigiri sushi and a curated selection of tsumami (small side dishes) designed to complement sake.

The restaurant's interior is a refined space, meticulously designed with a single ginkgo biloba wood counter, custom-made chairs, and Karatsu ware tableware. The walls, coated with natural materials, are adorned with bonsai trees and paintings, evoking the atmosphere of a modern art museum.
