"illimité" is an innovative French restaurant in Fukuoka by Chef Takumi Nakagawa, incorporating elements of Japanese and Chinese cuisine.

Chef Nakagawa is an up-and-coming chef who honed his skills in meat cuisine and dessert at the three-Michelin starred restaurant “Quintessence.” He later worked at “l'equateur” in Azabu Juban before serving as the head chef at its sister restaurant, “l'equateur Plus.”

The “Omakase Course,” skillfully utilizing ingredients from Kyushu and seasonal produce, includes a main meat dish and dessert. Notably, there are three choices for the main dish, with the option to select multiple items, allowing you to indulge to your heart's content.

The chef, who is a certified sommelier, has carefully curated a wide selection of wines, focusing on Burgundy, to perfectly complement the cuisine.

The restaurant features a sophisticated space with an impressive one-panel counter made of Kyushu oak, providing an extraordinary dining experience in a refined atmosphere.
