All ingredients used at the restaurant are proudly sourced from Kyushu. The owner personally visits the market daily to select the freshest seasonal fish, while staples such as Hinohikari rice from Taketa, Oita Prefecture, and vegetables from Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture, ensure that the authentic flavors of the region are fully showcased in every dish.

Kyushu’s local sake serves as the perfect accompaniment to the cuisine, enhancing its nuanced flavors. Among the many labels available, selections are chosen specifically for their harmony with seafood. Warm sake is also highly recommended.
