This restaurant is the Hakata branch of Tachigui Sushi Akira, created by the owner of the popular Tokyo sushi restaurant Sushi Shoryu. His vision is to offer high-quality sushi in a more casual, approachable style. In this standing-only format, guests can enjoy each piece of sushi with a focus on purity, craftsmanship, and ingredient quality.

Like its sister locations, the restaurant features an à la carte style where guests can order sushi one piece at a time according to their preferences. Carefully selected ingredients are paired with red vinegar shari (sushi rice), allowing guests to enjoy each piece exactly as they like—based on their taste and mood of the day.
