Guided by the concept of “frying seasonal ingredients at their peak,” the restaurant offers an omakase course that blends seasonal highlights, daily selections, and the chef’s personal recommendations.

Each piece of tempura is prepared with meticulous care, with attention not only to the ingredients but also to the oil, flour, and salt. The frying oil is a blend of cottonseed oil and sesame oil, creating a light, crisp texture. Among the standout items is the small kuruma prawn, sourced fresh each morning—its firm bite and deep, briny aroma unfold beautifully with every chew. Begin by savoring the natural flavors of the ingredients with the mellow taste of Pakistani rock salt.

A selection of beverages is available to complement the tempura, including the sake Kirinzan, as well as bottled wine and shochu.
