Kurogi, a Japanese restaurant originating in Tokyo, has opened a new location in Nagoya, carrying forward its history and culinary spirit.

The interior, built with an abundance of materials relocated from a traditional Japanese house over 100 years old, offers a tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a mountain retreat—despite being situated right in front of Nagoya Station.

Honoring Kurogi’s distinctive dashi culture and the beauty of seasonal ingredients, we present dishes that balance strength with delicacy. Our omakase course begins with seasonal offerings such as appetizers, sashimi, grilled dishes, and Handa noodles, and continues into duck hot pot, soft‑shelled turtle hot pot, and other seasonal hot pot dishes.

  If you or anyone in your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please check with everyone and inform us at least 3 days before your reservation date. We will not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.

• Arrival time:

  We kindly request that you arrive at your scheduled reservation time.

  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we may not be able to serve the full course meal as originally planned.

  All meals begin at the designated reservation time. In the event that you arrive late or need to leave early, we may be unable to serve some parts of the course. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
