After you order your ramen, we make the noodles from scratch by mixing wheat flour and water. Please enjoy the freshly made noodles. You can also watch how we make the noodles in front of you.

We mainly serve soups with bonito or soy sauce, both with a great aroma and rich flavor. The fresh noodles are chewy and match well with the thick soup.

Additionally, you can switch to gluten-free glass noodles (harusame) for all our dishes.
