The owner, after dedicating 14 years to training at "Sushi Sho" in Yotsuya and "Takumi Shingo" Minami Aoyama, opened "Sushi Yamaguchi."

He faithfully follows the teachings learned during his apprenticeship, using them as a foundation while also delving deeper to create dishes that reflect his own style.

In our course, he mixes appetizers with nigiri sushi, and he sources the finest seafood from his long-time partner fish shop at Toyosu Market.

We use two types of sushi rice for the nigiri, one with “white” vinegar and one with “red” vinegar, each carefully preserved. We choose the rice depending on the type of sushi. Enjoy the ever-changing sushi experience we offer.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  We are unable to accommodate requests for gluten-free meals or for guests who cannot eat raw fish. By making a reservation, guests are deemed to have understood and agreed to this policy. If a request for such accommodations is noted at the time of booking, the reservation will be canceled. Please note that any fees incurred in such cases are non-refundable.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 13 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
