The chef of ”Sushi Kinoshita, Noriaki Nakamura, offers a combination of Japanese cuisine and Edomae-style sushi that is faithful to the basics.

He has honed his skills at both Japanese cuisine and sushi restaurants, and his experience in both fields allows him to offer dishes that can only be enjoyed here.

The beverage selection includes not only Japanese sake but also wine and whiskey, all carefully selected to complement the cuisine.

"Sushi Kinoshita" is a hidden sushi restaurant tucked away in Nishi-Azabu. Once you step into the restaurant, you will find that there is no formal atmosphere as is often the case at sushi restaurants, but rather a space where everyone can feel at home.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

  Those who can eat the same course as adults or do not order anything.We don't have a children's menu.

  All seats in the restaurant are non-smoking. Additionally, we kindly ask that you refrain from leaving your seat to smoke during your meal. Thank you for your understanding.
