“Kounryusui NIESKO” is a special winter-only restaurant operated by Takashi Anezaki, the chef of “Ryoriya So” in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It offers a unique dining experience with a sushi course featuring fresh, Hokkaido-sourced ingredients amidst the beautiful nature of Niseko.

The restaurant has counter seating for up to 6 guests and a table for up to 4 guests. A large aquarium inside the restaurant showcases live crabs and shellfish.
