About
In June 2024, "Japanese Restaurant Toraya" reopened with a new focus on course meals featuring the chef's specialty, unagi (eel).
Our tender and soft Kanto-style unagi is the highlight, complemented by dishes made with vegetables from our own garden and other seasonal ingredients.
While the unagi is being grilled, enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables and seafood dishes. We aim to be a restaurant which you feel you've had plenty of vegetables when you finish your meal.
We use organically grown rice from Hokkaido and fresh unagi from Kagoshima to provide heartwarming meals.
