"Sushi Shin by Miyakawa" is the first Niseko branch restaurant of Hokkaido’s Michelin three-star Sushi Miyakawa.
Sushi Shin offers world-class edomae sushi in the heart of Niseko resort.
Guests may enjoy observing and interacting with our chefs from just across a splendid 300 years old Hinoki cypress counter, with the spectacular views of Mt. Yotei.
The chefs construct each dish from Niseko’s finest produce, and the world’s choicest seafood ingredients sourced daily from Hokkaido and Toyosu fish market.
We delight in welcoming guests from all over the world to savor a quintessential edomae sushi experience.
Chef Miyakawa has trained the team of master chefs in his culinary style, showcasing the best of traditional Edomae sushi while incorporating ingredients from his native Hokkaido and Tokyo’s Toyosu market.
