The Oyster Meister personally selects seasonal oysters with close attention to producer philosophy and safety, preparing them in ways that bring out their fullest flavor. The owner also visits fishing ports to source fresh fish directly from fishermen, while vegetables are delivered straight from local farms—reflecting a deep commitment to local production and sustainability.

The drink selection includes Japanese sake, wine, craft beer, craft gin, and whisky, with pairing suggestions available. Limited‑edition labels and freshly poured craft beers are also offered.
