With a background that includes service in the Self‑Defense Forces and boxing, the owner brings a unique perspective to his craft. He treats ingredients, tools, and equipment with exceptional care, working with minimal noise and valuing the precision of every movement.

All wines and beers are sourced from Italy, including draft sparkling wine delivered directly from the country and premium Italian beer Peroni on tap. Sparkling, white, red, orange, and rosé wines are available by the glass, allowing guests to enjoy pairings or taste different wines side‑by‑side.

The interior features exposed concrete walls and simple décor, centered around a U‑shaped counter with fifteen seats surrounding an open kitchen. From any seat, guests can watch the cooking unfold, take in the aromas, and hear the sounds of preparation—creating a theatrical, immersive dining experience.
