Shunzen Kiraku

Located a five‑minute walk from Higobashi Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line, Yuuzenbito Tahata stands out with its striking exterior—pure white plaster walls accented with driftwood. The restaurant honors Japanese culture and the spirit of food education, expressing the blessings of each season through traditional kaiseki cuisine. Passing through the noren curtain, guests enter a serene, pristine Japanese space that gently guides them away from the bustle of daily life.
The chef personally selects the finest seasonal seafood and vegetables, carefully examining each ingredient at its peak. With a desire to “capture the season without missing its most delicious moment,” every dish is crafted with meticulous attention. Guests can savor delicate flavors woven from seasonal ingredients, experiencing the profound sense of seasonality that defines Japanese cuisine.
To accompany the dishes, the restaurant offers a selection of junmai sake curated from a trusted sake merchant. These expressions of pure rice flavor and aroma are served in traditional glassware—such as Kiriko cut glass and antique vessels—allowing the beauty of the sake ware itself to become part of the dining experience. Enjoy a harmonious moment where fine cuisine, Japanese sake, and Japanese culture come together.
