Through precise, part‑specific grilling, the natural umami and lingering depth of each cut are brought to life. Depending on the day’s availability, rare cuts may also appear—one of the pleasures of visiting Toriyuu.

Among the highlights is the mature chicken’s white liver, prized for its rich flavor and melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture. As it is rarely available, we highly recommend enjoying it when you see it offered.
