Using both mature and young chickens, each skewer is grilled with care, engaging sincerely with the ingredients sourced that day. Through precise, part‑specific grilling, the natural umami and lingering depth of each cut are brought to life. Depending on the day’s availability, rare cuts may also appear—one of the pleasures of visiting Toriyuu.

Among the highlights is the mature chicken’s white liver, prized for its rich flavor and melt‑in‑your‑mouth texture. As it is rarely available, we highly recommend enjoying it when you see it offered.

To complement the yakitori, the drink selection includes carefully chosen sake from across Japan, as well as Toriyuu’s homemade spiced highball infused with sansho pepper or cardamom. Enjoy the harmony created between the food and the drinks.
