Overseeing this special bar is the experienced mixologist, Sebastian Vigliotti. Born in Santiago, Chile, with an Italian mother, he was exposed to Italian culture from a young age. Since the age of 17, he has traveled the world, dedicating himself to the study of mixology and wine. Building on over a decade of experience in Japan, he has taken on the role of bar manager at this Gucci Giardino. The cocktails he creates, born from his deep knowledge and original sensibility, are true works of art. The menu features Italian bar classics such as the Negroni and Spritz, alongside a rich selection of original cocktails that can only be found here, drawing inspiration from the abundant traditions of both Italy and Japan.
