Our story begins in the post‑war era with our grandparents’ humble Okinawa soba shop. Over time, it intertwined with the steak culture that flourished under U.S. administration, eventually evolving into a steakhouse that carries the memories and spirit of this island. Japan is home to roughly 400 Wagyu brands, yet many of their calves are actually born in the remote wilderness of Okinawa before being raised elsewhere and given new names. At the very origin of Japan’s Wagyu lineage lies THE ROOTS OF WAGYU®. Raised deep in Okinawa’s interior, these cattle almost never appear on the general market. We are the only restaurant on the main island permitted to serve them. Here, we nurture these exceptional animals—uncalved Tajima‑line females, raised for over 32 months—entirely on Okinawan soil.   We do not have a strict dress code. To ensure a relaxed and comfortable experience, we welcome resort‑casual attire, including T‑shirts and resort wear. However, as many guests visit us for special anniversaries or business occasions, we kindly ask that overly casual clothing be avoided.
