Located in a quiet residential corner of Gotanno in Adachi Ward, Sushi Dokoro Toshi is a fully reservation‑only Edomae sushi restaurant where owner‑chef Toshiya Mori cherishes the time he spends with each and every guest.

Every morning, Chef Mori visits the market himself to select the finest fish of the day. From preparation and aging to the dashi and shari (sushi rice), not a single detail is approached with compromise.
