Our signature dish, Nabeyaki Hitsumabushi, features finely chopped grilled Densuke conger eel prepared kabayaki-style without steaming, mixed into freshly cooked rice served in a traditional clay pot. One of its unique charms is the ability to enjoy it in three to four different ways — first as is, then with condiments, and finally as ochazuke with tea or broth poured over it. The fragrant aroma of the grilled eel pairs exquisitely with our special sauce.
