Owner-chef Junichi Nakamine learned classic French cuisine at a prestigious members-only restaurant in Osaka, and then moved to France to further his culinary education. He honed his skills at Michelin-starred restaurants such as L’Astrance and Jean-Georges before opening La Kanro in 2013.

La Kanro’s dishes are made with seasonal ingredients and are designed to be enjoyed not only for their taste but also for their beauty.
