Mr. Toshiaki Kawaharasaki, the chef, offers tempura made with carefully selected ingredients.

After 20 years of training in Osaka, the chef moved to Shanghai and then Tokyo to further his skills. He opened this restaurant with the knowledge and experience he gained from his travels.
