Every morning, they use fresh seafood sourced from Tsukiji and Toyosu markets, as well as Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido and carefully selected ingredients from a long-established dried food store in Tsukiji. Their special broth, prepared meticulously without pre-making, enhances the natural flavors of the ingredients, giving the monjayaki a deep and rich taste.

In addition to classic seafood monjayaki, they also offer creative monjayaki using aged Gouda cheese sourced from a cheese specialty store and natural cheeses from Europe. Enjoy the flavors created by the combination of seafood umami and rich cheese.
