Yakiniku & Naengmyeon Yuchun, a beloved restaurant brand from Hawaii, has opened its second Tokyo location in Ginza. As part of the Japan expansion of the famously popular “Yuchun Cold Noodles,” the restaurant offers both its award‑winning Kudzu Cold Noodles and a selection of premium yakiniku.

For the yakiniku, we use carefully selected wagyu beef and fresh offal delivered directly from Shibaura. The head chef—trained at a renowned kappo restaurant in Azabu—personally inspects and purchases only the finest cuts in peak condition each day.

The signature Kudzu Cold Noodles feature a rich beef broth frozen into a refreshing sherbet‑like consistency, paired with thin black noodles made from a unique blend of buckwheat and kudzu. The crisp, icy texture of the broth and the firm, springy noodles create a dish that is both healthy and deeply satisfying.

Another popular item is the Bone‑in L.A. Galbi, marinated in our special barbecue sauce and grilled until perfectly caramelized. The balance of sweet‑savory sauce and wagyu richness makes it an ideal pairing with the cold noodles.

The interior combines high ceilings with chic, modern décor, creating a calm and spacious atmosphere. With 56 seats—including tables, counter seating, and private rooms—the restaurant accommodates a wide range of occasions such as girls’ gatherings, business dinners, and formal entertaining.
