By using the "springwater from the earth" drawn from the garden's "well," we delicately prepare dishes while valuing ingredients, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere where brings a feeling of unity between guests and hosts.

  We can only accommodate food allergies that have been medically diagnosed by a physician. To ensure the safety of all guests, please provide detailed information at the time of booking, including the allergen(s), the number of affected guests, and whether the allergen can be consumed when cooked or heated.

  Please note that we are unable to accommodate any allergy requests made on the day of your visit.

  In particular, we cannot completely eliminate the following ingredients from our kitchen due to the use of seasonings and preparation methods:

  All nuts / Seafood / Dairy products / Pork (including lard, gelatin, and related ingredients)

  If you have a severe allergy, we kindly ask that you make your own final decision regarding whether it is safe for you to dine with us.

  ※ If menu modifications are required due to allergies or dietary restrictions, a unified menu will be served to all members of the party. (We are unable to provide a modified menu for only one guest.)
