As if showcasing the essence of a traditional Sushiya, the omakase course at "Sushi Roku" begins with a single nigiri sushi. 

Chef Norihisa Horiuchi serves persimmon leaf sushi(Kansai style sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves) in between the courses as a standard, respecting the Kansai culture while following the basics of Edomae style. 

With meticulous attention to the selection of sushi toppings, he harmonizes the flavors superbly by using both white and red vinegar rice. From appetizers to nigiri sushi, indulge in dishes that highlight the distinct characteristics of both Edomae and Kansai sushi traditions.

"Sushi Roku" has been awarded one Michelin star in the Michelin Guide.
