"Oimatsu Hisano" offers Japanese cuisine that abundantly incorporates seasonal ingredients.
We strive to bring out the unique flavors of Japan's seasonal ingredients and skillfully combine multiple ingredients to create exquisite dishes.
Moreover, we consider the total balance of "taste, beauty, aroma, presentation of our dishes, elegance, technique, season, and shitsurai(room arrangements)," not only in our dishes but also in creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The interior is adorned with soft indirect lighting, primarily in white, providing a serene ambiance. With 7 counter seats and one private room with table seating, you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed and unpretentious manner.
