"Yugen" are procured mainly from farmers in the Kansai region, and we offer dishes that make the most of regional characteristics, with an emphasis on local production for local consumption.

The owner, who honed his skills over 13 years of training at the nationally renowned Japanese restaurant Ajikitcho, uses seasonal ingredients and adheres to the basic principles of kaiseki cuisine, which is to "make the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients," and offers a variety of excellent dishes that demonstrate all the skills he has cultivated over the years.
