We are a Japanese cuisine restaurant, where the master chef and hostess, who have refined their skills at a traditional Japanese restaurant in Osaka, warmly welcome guests with the flavours of their hometown’s organic, pesticide-free rice.

We carefully prepare seasonal ingredients, enhancing the natural flavours of our Japanese cuisine. We use Japanese-style aspic with French techniques, and other subtle touches of our own sensibility. This distinct touch is delicately woven throughout.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

  We are unable to accommodate any changes to your meal due to food allergies or dislikes that are communicated to us on the day of your reservation.

  Ww are unable to accommodate guests who are vegetarian, have fish allergies, or cannot consume raw fish.

• Arrival time:

  We kindly ask that you arrive on time so your meal can begin as scheduled. If you arrive past your reservation time without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a cancellation.

  As the course starts at 6:30 PM, please arrive by 6:20 PM. *Please note that we do not have a waiting area. If you arrive later than 5–10 minutes before the start time, your meal will begin from the course section being served at your arrival.

  Start time adjustments are available only for private bookings. Please feel free to contact us.

• Children:

  Guests aged 16 and above are welcome.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  Please refrain from taking pictures.

  To provide each customer with the best possible dining experience, we take the utmost care in preparing each dish individually. As a result, our meal times are approximately 2.5 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you understand that this is our commitment to providing you with the highest quality cuisine. We are unable to expedite your meal time.

  For special occasions such as birthdays, please indicate your preferences in the remarks section. The following options are available:

  (1) A small serving of red rice, sea bream rice as the final course, or a touch of gold leaf on the dishes.
