Jacob Jan Boerma, the legendary chef who helmed the Michelin three-star restaurant De Leest (2002-2019) and spearheaded the gastronomy scene with his ability and popularity in Western Europe, including Belgium, Austria, and Germany, has now brought his innovative culinary vision to Japan.

Our restaurant offers an international dining experience rooted in Dutch cuisine, with twists from Scandinavia, Spain, and Asia. Using the freshest seafood from Japan’s coastal waters, premium domestic meats, and locally sourced vegetables, our chef Masaki Kondo, who leads the kitchen, creates visually stunning and sophisticated dishes.

Our extensive wine list, curated in line with Jacob’s culinary concept, features a selection of natural wines from both domestic and international producers.   Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.
