The chef, Mr. Shree, hails from Sindhupalchok, Nepal. A highly skilled professional, he began his culinary journey immediately after junior high school, gaining experience as a private chef in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

The signature dish, "momo," is a juicy delicacy filled with minced meat, vegetables, and spices, wrapped in supple, chewy dough. In addition to classic varieties such as pork, chicken, lamb, seafood, and vegetable, we also feature a monthly limited-edition momo. Served with a range of aromatic, spice-infused sauces, these momos deliver a fresh and innovative dining experience.

To accompany the cuisine, a sommelier has curated a selection of more than 10 wines, all available by the glass. Each momo can also be paired with a carefully chosen wine, from natural varieties to timeless classics like Burgundy and Bordeaux, allowing guests to discover the perfect match.

The restaurant’s interior, designed by a firm renowned for its work on luxury hotels and restaurants, is accented with Nepalese-inspired art and original background music.
