Inheriting the DNA of "Yakitori Ichimatsu," which laid the foundation for full-course Yakitori dining.

We generously use the finest "authentic female Hinai-Jidori chickens" from Odate City, Akita Prefecture, expertly grilling them over charcoal and artfully infusing each dish with a variety of rich aromas.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.If you have extensive allergies or food dislikes that may affect more than one dish in a course, your reservation will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy depending on the timing of your request. Please check with us in advance before making a reservation.

  Please note in the remarks section whether it is acceptable to use cooking sake and mirin with the alcohol content evaporated for those with alcohol allergies.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal.

  If you do not contact us and exceed 15 minutes your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.If you are late or you are leaving in the middle of your time, you may not be able to provide some of the course meals.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  If you are visiting with children, please make sure to include the following information in the special request field:

  1) Total number of guests (including those who will not be dining on the course).

  2) Number of children.

  3) Meal preference for the children (course or à la carte).

  *A mini course (3,300 JPY including tax) is also available and can be paid on-site.

  4) Preferred seating type (counter or table).

  *If you are booking counter seats with children, please note that you may be seated at a table instead. Thank you for your understanding.

  *If a child will be having the listed course, please include them in the number of guests as an adult when making the reservation.

  *If a child will not be having the listed course, please do not include them in the number of guests. Instead, indicate the number of children and your preferred meal option (à la carte or mini course) in the special requests section.
