To provide you with a taste of various chicken cuts, we offer only an omakase course, allowing you to savor the different parts of the chicken. We prioritize quality and freshness over-relying on specific brand names for our chicken selection. To convey the true flavors of the ingredients, we skewer generous portions of meat and add a touch of extra care, such as seasoning the bonjiri with yuzu zest or topping the skin with grated ponzu sauce.
