The restaurant is located in Tokyo’s Ginza district, a fierce battleground for sushi restaurants, and offers sushi using rare ingredients that are not found in conventional sushi restaurants, based on the concept of “fun sushi.” For example, one of the appetizers is flatfish with a luxurious smear of fragrant truffles.

The sushi is prepared using both red and white vinegar for the rice, and the ingredients are delicately prepared by kombujime, seared, aged, and other elaborate methods. You can fully enjoy a new dining experience that will make your heart pound with anticipation for the next piece of sushi. The restaurant has only seven seats at a white wooden counter, creating a simple yet relaxed space for adults.
