About
Located just a four-minute walk from Azabu-juban Station, San to Juu offers a wide range of dishes—from A5-grade Kuroge Wagyu sirloin and tenderloin, as well as Japanese beef tenderloin sourced from the Shibaura Meat Market, to fresh seafood delivered from Toyosu Market and producers across Japan.
Rather than focusing on a specific region, the restaurant selects its beef from the finest cuts available at the market each day. For transparency, the origin of the day’s beef is displayed inside the restaurant. Among the offerings, the Japanese beef tenderloin is especially recommended for its clean, lean flavor and remarkably tender texture. A longtime favorite among regular guests, the signature sautéed spinach with bacon and a soft-boiled egg is another highlight. The restaurant also offers the full lineup of wines from Kenzo Estate, a winery that oversees every step of production—from grape cultivation and fermentation to barrel aging and bottling. Guests can enjoy a leisurely meal while discovering the ideal pairing between the cuisine and the wines.
Private dining rooms feature large windows overlooking the calm streets of Azabu-juban, creating a relaxing setting for dining. The raised tatami seating area is fitted with horigotatsu-style sunken seating, allowing guests to unwind comfortably. Whether for business dinners, gatherings with friends, birthday surprises, or special celebrations, San to Juu provides a welcoming space for a variety of occasions.
