Sushi Tenchijin is located on the basement floor of one of the buildings in front of Susukino Station.

The name of the restaurant, Tenchijin, originally from a Mencius proverb, expresses “earthly advantage is more important than heavenly time, and man’s harmony is more important than earthly advantage,” while also conveying the idea of “a restaurant that values human harmony, a place where people can feel at peace.”

The owner, Mr. Futoshi Kanaki, a native of Hokkaido, not only serves “delicious sushi,” but also tailors his sushi to meet the needs of each individual guest.

He uses carefully selected Hokkaido ingredients, and his experience in Japanese cuisine and kaiseki (traditional Japanese multi-course dining) allows him to offer sushi that focuses on the best seasonal ingredients.

We offer a selection of rare sake such as “Isojiman” and “Nabeshima.”
