Guests can compare the unique qualities of oysters from different regions—from light and refreshing to creamy and richly flavored.

The menu also features a variety of creative dishes, such as carpaccio made with seafood delivered directly from Hakodate, as well as dishes featuring raw oysters sourced directly from producers and other seasonal ingredients.

Around 30 natural wines are available by the glass, allowing guests to enjoy exceptional pairings with the dishes.
