Seasonal fish is sourced from trusted producers across Japan, including Toyosu Market. The daily omakase course features seafood and vegetables at their seasonal peak, allowing diners to enjoy each piece of sushi prepared with meticulous attention to detail.

Sushi chef Yuta Takahashi was inspired to pursue Japanese cuisine during his studies in Canada. After returning to Japan, he refined his craft over 14 years at renowned restaurants in Osaka’s Kitashinchi district, as well as at Ebisu Matsue and Meguro Sushi Rinda. He is also able to communicate in English, ensuring a comfortable experience for international guests.

The restaurant offers spacious counter seating where guests can appreciate the chef’s techniques up close, along with private rooms ideal for business dinners and special occasions. More than ten varieties of sake are available at all times to complement the dishes, while the wine selection is carefully curated under the supervision of a sommelier to ensure harmonious pairings.
