Opened by an owner with a deep love of rice, the restaurant serves carefully prepared dishes made with selected ingredients, centered around perfectly cooked white rice. The restaurant’s specialty is its freshly cooked white rice. Accompanying dishes are served on small plates, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of flavors little by little. A selection of side dishes designed to pair beautifully with rice is also available, while individual plates can be enjoyed alongside sake according to the occasion. Drawing on his roots in Ehime Prefecture, the owner also incorporates seafood, citrus fruits, and other ingredients sourced through longstanding connections with local producers.

Hidden beyond a narrow alley beside the building, the restaurant occupies a renovated machiya townhouse filled with warmth and character. With both counter seating and a round communal table, it is suited to everything from solo dining to special occasions with loved ones.
