The restaurant uses the rare Kogen Hinai Jidori, raised with great care by dedicated producers. The chef personally visits contracted farms and sources only ingredients that meet his exacting standards. Dishes are served on Akahada ware from Nara, adding a refined visual element to complement the flavors.

More than 100 varieties of carefully selected sake are showcased in the restaurant’s display case, allowing guests to enjoy seasonal sake pairings that highlight the nuances of the yakitori—one of the restaurant’s signature pleasures.

The interior features a warm Japanese atmosphere with soft wooden accents and gentle lighting.
