At Sanchokuya Taka, the essence of our concept is to savor the bounty of the sea in its simplest form. We offer an omakase-style menu, featuring a variety of seafood-centric dishes.

As suggested by our name, "Sanchoku," which means "direct from the source" in Japanese, we procure the day’s freshest catch from all over Japan, delivered by air each morning.

The seafood we handle is of extraordinary quality, providing unique textures, flavors, and aromas that are sure to evoke wonder.

With prices including sake, we promise a delightful experience for both seafood aficionados and sake enthusiasts alike.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. If you have many kinds of ingredients you cannot eat, such as an allergy to shellfish, we might refuse your reservation. Please note that we will not be able to respond to any inquiries or comments other than "food items you are not fond of" or "allergies" in the "Special Notes" section or directly to the restaurant.

• Arrival time:

  On the day of your reservation, please arrive promptly at the scheduled time. If you do not notify us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled. Kindly ensure that the person who made the reservation is present. To prevent any issues, we do not allow substitutes or reservation transfers. If someone other than the reservation holder arrives, entry will be denied, and it will be considered a no-show.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  As a dedicated sake establishment, we kindly request that only patrons who enjoy sake visit our restaurant. We are unable to accommodate guests who do not consume alcohol, including minors under the age of 20. Should your party include individuals below the legal drinking age, we must regrettably deny entry and apply a 100% cancellation fee to the entire group as a no-show.

• Others:

  As a sake specialty restaurant, we do not allow people who do not drink sake or do not like sake to take reservations. Photography inside the restaurant, including food and beverages, is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances. If there is any damage to the restaurant or other guests that require cleaning (disinfecting), we will charge 10,000 yen for cleaning (disinfecting) and cleaning fees. We are a small restaurant so we don't accept any seating requests.
